Because Finzi died inhis music is all under copyright. With so much good music out there and budget issues abounding, few ensembles are willing to invest that kind of money into a lesser known work.
Just stumbled across this while searching for some information on Eclogue as research for my radio program. He also completed a violin ecloguue which was performed in London under the baton of Vaughan Williams, but was not satisfied with it and withdrew the two outer movements; the surviving middle movement is called Introit. He began what is believed to have been intended as a piano concerto.
