I would love to have seen this become a series. I harboured a deep anger about how the other stories ended. The writing style was great. Sorrow was truly her father’s name, in a way.
It was slice of life rather than retelling.

Dokey did a fantastic job with this one. I wonder if you would allow me to name this child. I only have a brief memory when I read in my childhood…very, very long time ago.

Aubrey rated camedon it was ok Jun 06, Winter’s Child is a retelling of the Snow Queen. Because what happened to Dominic and April in the middle of that night tells a second story. I have to say, I have a huge dislike toward this story.
All I know is that those words keep echoing behind my mind. Return to Book Page. No trivia or quizzes yet. He had to watch as his wife lost interest in him, kised gained interest in her own reflection to the point where she cursed her own daughter to be the Winter Child. It is a fantastic book. I think that all the stories were well written and gave a new spin in fairytales.
She believes that her name doesn’t match domey. In other words, Beauty with a capital B. And if any of you had fokey the mind of Celeste, you would have realized that that was the way to peer upon the face of true love with the Heartwood tree.
They really captivated me from the start and I fell in love with the characters easily. Each story is followed by an authors note about the original, and why she wrote her version the way she did. They are set in the original era not modern retellings, or distopian stories of the future. Cameron really likes to give her protagonists unpleasant look…really.

Belle This one is a Beauty and the Beast retelling. And therein lies the problem. And then the princess…blablabla. I did enjoy reading Sunlight and Shadow though.

I didn’t feel the magic, I didn’t fall in love with the story, I’m honestly not sure if I even ship it or if it’s the story that the tale focused on. Crystal Pacific It is! Along the way she comes across some obstacles.
It’s not that she even turned him down, just that she did not feel that way about him. I adored Once, so I definitely knew that I’d find myself adoring this one, as well! Once Upon a Time. I actually read this book months ago, during the spring of and was a little hesitant to buy it. B rated it it was ok Apr 02, I think that it was too short a story. I think this really is true and the stories Cameron Dokey wrote to prove it really showed and proved this theme right.
She has brilliantly restructured two stories in the European fairy tale canon and one Mozartean opera. I expected this to be the one I’d dislike, but goes to show you never can tell.
Grace sets out on a dangerous, mystical journey to find him, and along the way, she discovers the meaning of true love. Mina is the daughter of sun and moon, the combination of both. I love to read her book out loud when I was reading, feeling the description and the words that flow through my mind.
